Pinzgauer Lokalbahn Train
The narrow-gauge train has been connecting the villages of the upper Pinzgau in the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region for more than 115 years. On the 53-kilometre route between Zell am See and Krimml, the modern trains of the Pinzgauer Lokalbahn train run every hour. Whether excursion guest, hiker, mountain biker or cyclist, you can reach the various excursion destinations and starting points of your tours stress-free and without traffic jams.
- !! Current note !! Due to damage, the route between Niedernsill and Krimml isn't passable until further notice. A rail replacement service with buses has been set up. Trains between Zell am See and Niedernsill run according to schedule.
