Hinkelsteinbad Piesendorf
The outdoor pool, which is always kept at a pleasant temperature, has a lot to offer water lovers and sun worshippers: various pools, water slide, water mushroom, bowling area, pit-pat, children's playground, buffet with terrace overlooking the wide Salzach valley. There's really no way around it.

Hofis fishing pond
Hofer's fishing pond is located in the Salzach valley in Mittelpinzgau between Fürth and Piesendorf near Kaprun. A former gravel quarry - an idyllic fishing pond for decades!
A large stock of carp up to over 22 kg, pike, pikeperch, perch, tench, and many more characterise this fishing pond!

Salzach river from Walchen to Gries
Fishing for brown trout and grayling on the Salzach from Walchen to Gries (17.8 km) with views of the beautiful Pinzgau panorama. From the upper limit to the Hummersdorfer bridge (1.7 km) fishing is only allowed with a fly rod.
From Hummersdorfer bridge downstream, spider fishing, nymph fishing (max. 3 hooks) and of course fly fishing are permitted. From 1st March to 30th April and from 1st October to 30th November only barbless fishing is allowed. Daily fishing starts 1 hour before sunrise and ends 1 hour after sunset.
