Skiing in Mittersill - Kitzbühel - Kirchberg

KitzSki is popular with leisure skiers, racers and families. The 233 kilometres of slopes have been awarded the title "World's Best Ski Resort 2022". 57 lifts serve the 575-hectare ski area. Ideal for beginners, the 10 practice lifts in the valley can be used free of charge. The rustic ski huts and modern mountain restaurants offer traditional hospitality.

For those who are more confident on skis, there are many kilometres of downhill runs to explore the vast ski area.

Winter enjoyment at KitzSki

More and more people are discovering winter hiking as a way to relax and enjoy the snow-covered landscape. Bergbahnen Kitzbühel offers six varied and well-prepared winter hiking routes, all easily accessible by KitzSki lifts. The Walk & Fly winter hiking trail in Jochberg is spectacular and includes a ride on the 3S gondola to Pengelstein. 

KitzSki also offers signposted ski tours to the Gaisberg and Schwarzkogel (Kirchberg and Aschau), to the Bichlalm towards the Stuckkogel and Hochetzkogel (Kitzbühel) and to the Resterkogel (Pass Thurn)

The high-altitude cross-country ski trails of KitzSki on the Kitzbüheler Horn and Resterkogel are snow-sure and have been used by cross-country enthusiasts for years.
