Let your thoughts drift with the clouds

Lie back, look up, and watch the clouds float by. What shapes do you see? Maybe an animal? A face? A dragon? While you dream, you might hear the Salzach flowing nearby - or the rustling of grasses and leaves around you.

What you need:

👉 Clouds - and a comfy spot to lie down with a view of the sky 

How to play

  1. Lie down comfortably - maybe on your jacket - and look up at the sky.  
  2. Breathe in and our, slowly and calmly. 
  3. What shapes can you find in the clouds? Can you hear the Salzach river? Or the wind in the leaves?  
  4. Listen closely - what stories is the landscape telling you? 

💡 OUR TIP! Play together - find cloud creatures as a group. Or close your eyes and try to identify the sounds around you!
