Throw & run

Throw it - chase it!

One person throws a small piece of wood and runs to where it lands. It's a simple and fun way to keep moving - and cover distance without even noticing!

What you need:

👉 Small natural onjects - like a stick or piece of bark 🍂

How to play

  1. Everyone finds a small item to throw - not too big or heavy. A pinecone, a little stick or bark will do just fine.
  2. The first player throws their object and runs to where it lands.
  3. Then the second player throws and runs to their landing spot.
  4. You can also play in teams: one throws, the other runs!

💡 OUR TIP! Adjust the game to fit your group's throwing strength and age  - or make it a relay challenge in teams!

Nature in Motion

Just behind the water treatment plant, the Mühlbach stream and the Salzach river merge - a natural spectacle you don't get to see every day!

From the higher bank, you'll get a great view of how the two waters come together and flow as one. But the Salzach isn't always this calm - after heavy rainfalls, water levels can rise fast. That's why flood protection is such an important topic in our region.

Hiking & grazing

This beautiful landscape isn't just a place for adventure and relaxation - it's also the "garden" where feed grows for the animals that graze here.

👉 Please stay on the marked trail as much as possible. In this section, horses also graze along the way.

📍 Important! Their drinking spot is at the riverband, so they occasionally cross the hiking path.

The animals are used to people and generelly very calm - but they don't need any attention from hikers.

Because fair play between people and animals is important to us, here's everything you need to know for a relaxed and respectful experience.
